EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Carolina de Filippi Sartori has a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Sao Paulo State University – UNESP (2004) and a Posdtgraduate Degree in Exercise Physiology at Federal University of Sao Paulo – Paulista School of Medicine – UNIFESP (2005).

A passionate clinical and sports dietitian with more than 16 years of experience delivering high-level evidence-based nutritional and dietetic counseling.

Sports Performance

As a member of the Exercise Physiologists team of the Olympic Training and Research Centre of the City of Sao Paulo she helped to preapare Brazilian team atheletes for the Beijing Olympics 2008.

While in the position of Sports Dietitian of the high performance Volleyball teams at SESI-SP (2010-2013) she contributed to the conquest of state, national, South American and world titles, alongside with renowned volleyball figures such as Montanaro, Giovani Gavio, Serginho, Murilo, Sidão and so many other amazing athletes.

At the soccer training centre AvaSport (2018-2019) she was responsible for nutritional monitoring the goalkeeper of the Portuguese beach soccer team Elinton Andrade.

Accountable for the nutritinal guidance and supplementation of the Rio de Janeiro 3×3 Baketball team  (2018-2019), led by Fernando Coloneze.

Author of the chapter “Food and nutrition adequate to training needs”, of the book “Sports training – Aspects that interfere in the training of athletes” São Paulo: SESI-SP publishing company, 2013.

Worked as Clinical and Sports Dietitian at the fitness clinic Circulacao (2005-2009), at Activa Trainning Centre Moema (2005-2009) – in Sao Paulo; at Bodytech Company (2014-2019), at Fit Power Gym (2015-2019), at Acquafitness (2016-2018) and at Oasis Clube (2014-2020) – in Rio de Janeiro.

Currently performing nutritional consultations online for Vizarth Clinic – Sao Paulo, where she works in the position of Clinical and Sports Dietitian since 2006.
